Welcome!

This site is a mix of my two main modalities. Living in abundance with natural health and healing vibrations, and, writing. Rather eclectic you might think but I find writing is a healing tool. Doctors also agree that LOVE is great for the brain, along with proper nutrition, exercise (body & brain) and focused activity. I love my family, writing and hobbies.

My son, Hayden, experienced a brain injury at birth and this was compounded by the Triple Antigen vaccine. Even though he cannot walk or speak, he is a joy and always happy.

We have been on a long journey where I have discovered some amazing healing modalities for general health and rewiring the brain. I am now a therapist and able to keep the whole family healthy and on track with our life purposes. I have also been able to find peace in the knowledge that every challenge is an opportunity. When you look at life this way, then it is quite exciting.
